Diagnosis

You are trying to use X+X Confluence shortcut provided by User Switcher for Confluence, but you have ‘General Shortcuts’ settings disabled at the same time.

Cause

Double-pressing X shortcut provided by User Switcher for Confluence relies on built-in Keyboard shortcuts feature.
However any user can fine-tune this settings and decide if they want general shortcuts being enabled / disabled for them.

Having this configuration disabled will prevent any shortcut from working, including the ones provided by User Switcher for Confluence.
So please, keep this feature CHECKED if you are intended to use X+X shortcut to open User Switcher dialog box. Otherwise, you must use top-icon instead to open this dialog box.
